Processing Time:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. An email containing a tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of shipment.

Delivery Estimates:

      • Europe countries: 7 to 12 business days.

      • Other countries: 15- 18 business days.

    The Following Countries Do Not Support Delivery:


        1. British overseas territories and offshore islands (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey, etc.).

        1. Remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii in the United States, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.

      Return Policy

      Return Period:

      You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.


      Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Return Process:

          1. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

          1. Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

        Return Charges:

        You are responsible for return delivery charges and the items until they reach us. We recommend using a recorded-delivery service.

        Damages and Issues:

        Inspect your order upon receipt. Report defects, damage, or wrong items immediately for resolution.

        Non-Returnable Items:

        Certain items (perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials) cannot be returned. No returns on sale items or gift cards.


        The fastest way to exchange items is to return the original purchase and make a new one.
